Pastor George Johnson is the founder and senior pastor of The Way of Success Christian Fellowship (TWS) in Prattville, AL. With more than 10 years of ministry experience, Pastor George is committed to bringing the good news of Jesus Christ to people all over the world - teaching a dynamic message of hope, restoration, victory, success, and triumphant living through the word of God.
A former educator, Pastor George and his wife, Kimberly, received the word of God to start The Way of Success Christian Fellowship in May 2005. The first church service was held in their home with only seven adults present. The church was greatly blessed and held only one service in their home. A nearby hotel that had once denied the church from using its facilities opened their doors to The Way of Success. The church has grown from meeting in a hotel conference room to holding services in their own location..
A native of Birmingham, AL Pastor George has a Bachelors Degree in Social Science and is pursuing a Masters Degree in Education. He is also the publisher of a quarterly newsletter entitled “By The Way” and hosts a weekly radio broadcast called “Real Talk” that is touching lives throughout Central Alabama and parts of Georgia.
A sought after conference speaker, motivational speaker, and writer, Pastor George is known for his practical, humorous, and inspiring approach to the Bible and has encouraged many to pursue a personal relationship with God. Pastor George and his wife are the proud parents of one son, Dillon Ahmad Johnson and they currently reside in Prattville, AL.
